    I don't really want to learn wiremod, and that in itself makes this post dumb, im aware. I just really would enjoy having a bag on my character as a couple others do in the server I play on, it adds to the look a ton

    I feel like the cars can go really fast on flat ground but on hills or steeps they slow to a crawl and just go down.

    C_Hands mix up

    For some reason, when I use one of the "suits and robbers" playermodel addons, the default c_hands are replaced with the zombie ones, does anybody know any addons that could be conflicting or reasons this is happening? Thanks.

    In the last hour my Gmod just killed itself. First I was trying to join a friends game and addons were taking forever to download and I spent over an hour downloading only 40 Addons for my game to just go to the main menu and not work. I tired this many times and it would do this over and over. It's never done this and I decided to uninstall Gmod and move it to my SSD to see if that helps. It now just freezes my whole PC when it opens and forces me to manually turn of my PC to get out of this. I can't use the game anymore and I just want to know how to fix this.

    So I am a fairly new gmod player, my friends and I are playing TTT, the thing is the game runs at 15 frames. Now I have a fairly highend pc with

    Geforce rtx 2070

    ryzen 2700x

    32 gigs of ram

    I tried to put the following into steams launch options but it did nothing

    -windowed -noborder -console -high -winxp -nod3d9ex -nojoy -processheap -directX 9.0 -full -novid -useforcedmparms -noforcemaccel -noforcemspd -w 1920 -h 1080 +cl_cmdrate 100 +myinfo_bytes 2000 +cl_updaterate 101 +rate 30000

    Any idea why my gmod is taking so long to load?

    I have it on a SSD on a very high-end computer, currently running the new 64Bit version of Gmod. I have around 900 addons, but less than 100 are currently active. The game takes on average 4 minutes to load. No idea why. Do inactive mods still increase loading times? Much bigger, more resource intensive games take far less time to load. Is something corrupted? Are there certain big addons which massively increase load times? Help solving this issue would be great, I used to love playing this game but it's just unbearable having to wait 4+ minutes just to load a single map on singleplayer sandbox. I have no performance issues in-game, just the loading is a problem.

    Maps Crash on load

    every single map going to test out the default maps and when it loads i get this error message CUtlStreambuffer::Close() Write (null) failed 19960 != 124466
