• Hey everyone! I am making my first ever map for Garry's Mod and I need some feedback. It's supposed to be settled in a small town in Arizona. It already has 6 bungalow houses, a barbershop, store, laundry point, bank, small company, court, hospital and an abandoned swimming pool. What else to add?:)

CS:GO maps gone, how can I get them back? Posted: 17 Nov 2020 11:52 PM PST I've installed Garry's Mod three times in my life on three separate PCs. Two times, I've been provided every CS:GO map by default, likely because I already own CS:GO (I assume). I recently installed Garrys Mod and CS:GO, and my CS:GO maps are nowhere to be found on my new PC. I can't find them in the workshop either, where the fuck did they go? My friend has them, he has an entire folder by default for CS:GO. It sucks too because some of these maps I legitimately cannot find on the workshop. They aren't in my friends subscriptions either because they aren't subscribed to the maps, they just have them by default. Can someone help me, or maybe send a link to all of the official maps? Help with Rediscovering a Popular GMOD Machinima Posted: 17 Nov 2020 06:53 PM PST Around 8-10 years ago I found a number of videos in a series created for youtube focusing on a MTV's Real World themed sitcom made in GMOD with the Counterstrike assets. It was a fairly popular channel and series and it ran for quite a long time. I'm having the hardest of difficulties finding this show as I would like to rewatch it. The show centered around certain events in the house and then the characters monologuing their thoughts on the events just like in The Real World on MTV and also made fun of Valve, had inside jokes throughout the community and was really funny. Posted: 17 Nov 2020 12:28 PM PST I've spent about 40 hours in the last few months, but more specifically, 16 hours the last two weeks in Garry's Mod VR playing the thousands upon thousands of custom maps available for Garry's Mod. When I am done downloading every map I can find, I will release a mega-map-pack for everyone to download. It will probably be around 20-30 gigabytes in size. The game play is phenomenonal and I am having a blast. PC SPECS: I7 4790k Nvidia 1050 TI 32 gb DDR3 Pimax 5k XR, Valve Index Controllers, Two 2.0 base stations, Kat Walk Loco 3 piece sensors for walking in place. Right now I am sitting at a cool 45 gb in content in my Garry's Mod folder and looking for new maps to play on. I am looking for fun, AI filled maps to play in multiplayer CO-OP that are also large and don't have that many loading points.
