Admin?

So we and my friend play gmod together alot via steam multiplayer, but i cant use admin weapons. he is the host and we cant find any way to let me use admin weapons without using the toolgun. this is very inconvienent as sometimes we will play with weapons such as the infinity gauntlet, and every time i die he has to give me one. is there any way to fix this? we are on sandbox mode

GMOD help

I am very new to gmod, so I am not sure how many things work. I tried loading into "Little Reno - Fallout 2 Serious Roleplay" but I keep getting checkerboard everywhere. The game took quite a while to install its assets, but apparently I am missing some or it wasnt implemented. Can someone explain why these checkerboards are here and how to fix this issue.

About Didvaitel's Talking NPCs mod

Anybody knows why it keeps being removed from the steam workshop? It says that the user is under DMCA investigation. I've searched for a similar addon and found nothing. Is it a copy of an original mod that keep being reported? Or is it possible that the coding content of the addon has stolen stuff?

I don't really know what it can be, so if somebody could shed some light, I'd be much obliged. It's one of my favorite addon for roleplay, it's nice to have "fallout" type dialogue system.

I'd love to hear about similar mods if you know any, ideally on steam's workshop.

So you know that a lot of NPCs can punch you with their weapon's stock If you get too close rather than shooting you. Can you have it for players?
I have seen a few addons do this but is there something like this for every weapon?
