I want to be able to add sounds to gmod without downloading anything except a folder for my sounds, and if I can, how can I make them loop (entire and part of the sound)?

I also want to know how I can publish them

Water and reflections are pink

When i play most maps with water the water is pinksih, it shows some of the natural water colour but mostly the pink overwhelms it, this also happens with windows, the reflection is pink? How can i stop this and get the water and reflections back to normal, i reset my pc and all of a sudden my reflections and water is pink, i searched all over and can't find help so this is my last resort.
