Help looking for an old Map?

Theres a map that since 2013 I have never been able to find, it takes place mostly ontop of buildings(not rooftops) it has a quite a few ladders, and a billboard thats really big like maybe in the middle, it was on a ttt server back in the day, any suggestions would be helpful thank.

I'm making a medieval/fantasy RP with skeleton NPCs, which are actually combine soldiers but reskinned, but they won't stop talking on the radio! It really ruins the immersion I'm trying to get.
