I've tried voice_enable 1, restarting my PC, doing the thing where you turn it off, unplug mic, turn off gmod, plug in mic, open gmod or whatever... any help?

Textures missing, even with css

I feel like i tried everything, I have css installed and other stuff and it does work in game, i set my game to allow server downloads, i even uninstalled the game completely and removed everything about it from my computer. For some reason when connecting to a server it does not install all files. Some servers let me connect and most of the textures are missing. Some servers dont let me connect at all and give me an error Missing_Map_etc Disconnecting. Does anyone know what i can do to fix my game?

Same as the title, I have a TTT server with custom model selector, and I wanted to force a keybind when a player logs on so that I don't have to tell every player that logs on to bind a button to playermodel_selector, is this possible?

Im trying to host a server with a password but when people type "connect *ip:port* *password* it says bad password. People can connect if I delete the sv_password line.
