Can gmod be used for serious high quality animations? Posted: 13 Mar 2021 04:30 PM PST I been a fav of gmod animation add-ons anything basically and I love it a lot so I decided to do some animations since blender is mostly used for that type of animation can be gmod used too? gm_construct Posted: 13 Mar 2021 10:17 PM PST Hello, i'm new to Gmod, and i would like to ask all of you something: have you ever been so bothered by those incredibly dark doorways, rooms, and hallways? i played on gm_construct only twice in my ~23 hours of playtime (i mainly play on gm_flatgrass), and in those 2 times, i ALWAYS get the feeling that something's watching my every move from the dark parts of the map, and no, i don't really think this is Kenopsia(?), because, i never saw gm_construct bustling with people, i always see it as an ""empty"" map where i'm the only one playing. i just can't stop thinking about those dark rooms and doorways to the point that i can't even think properly irl, like, gm_construct is just so......unnerving, and i've never felt comfortable by JUST looking at the appearance of the dark rooms of the map, like, by just looking at this screenshot, it's enough to make me feel uncomfortable Source: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vlQppahcuWw it feels like something's gonna jump out of that doorway, and most of the time playing gm_construct is just me staring at this doorway or the other, fearing that something might jump out of one of them, i'm even scared enough to not noclip under the map to see what's under, and no matter how many times i say to myself that there's nothing there, it never works. can someone please tell me how to completely remove this feeling *if* possible? thanks. submitted by /u/MaxiDestroReddit [link] [comments]
