    Joining servers makes my friend's internet go down

    So recently my friend bought gmod on steam and we wanted to play together. I made a server and invited him to join but the problem is his internet connection will go from 100mps to less than 1mbps and cant even join a game. This only happens with gmod though, any other game he plays is completely fine. Can someone help me out here? thanks in advance!

    No damage in sandbox multiplayer

    Right so just to clear it up, All weapons do work EXCEPT guns. Any gun that I use does no damage. I can see the bullet flying out, the bullet wounds, all that, but they just don't do any damage to players, They damage npcs and everything, just not players. This happened all of a sudden when I started playing this cold war looking map.

    So with Npc's, all hostile's (like combine) are friendly. And now all friendly Npc's (Like Humans + Resistance) are now hostile. How to I change it back to normal?
