| How do I create a playermodel from scratch? Posted: 07 Dec 2020 03:48 PM PST I've made and rigged a model in Blender and want to use it in Gmod. Every tutorial I've found involves copying the rig from an existing model (which isn't preferable), nobody explains how to get the mdl file (the Blender export plugin doesn't work right), and my custom geometry doesn't line up for the qc file (and other similar files). I don't mind making original animations if necessary, but I can't find anywhere to guide the whole process. [link] [comments]  | ||

| Banned from my own server because of "low karma" Posted: 07 Dec 2020 08:21 PM PST I was playing with a few friends on my TTT server, and I got banned for lower karma. I thought to myself, "cool, guess ill just turn off ttt, restart gmod, and make a multiplayer sandbox server" so i make that, but im still banned? Even though TTT is disabled, it still has me banned. I reinstalled all my admin mods, too. How do I bypass that? I heard you just have to wait an hour, but I need a quicker fix incase it happens again [link] [comments]  | ||

But I was disappointed that the maps in Portal 1 aren't really playable because most of the entities don't work, even though the doors and portal panels work with the gun add-on. And Portal 2 maps don't even let you place portals, apart from most of the entities not working. Are there any community add-ons that include new playable puzzles, or patch up the existing source maps to make them playable? [link] [comments]  | ||

Posted: 07 Dec 2020 08:29 AM PST I can connect using my private ip, and my friends can also connect too using my public ip, i have port forwarded all the ports needed for gmod. i even have put sv_lan 0 in my server.cfg. why is it not shown?
