Frame drops when looking around

I have a decent computer that can run many fps games such as siege, apex, cs:go, etc very well, but Gmod has always been an issue for me. Looking still, I get 60fps, which is fine, but if I look around even slowly, the frames drop to under 10. It even happens at the lowest settings. I do not have any addons or mods and I have tried reinstalling. Does anybody know a fix?

I enjoy using simphys vehicles and want my downshift to be rebound to ctrl but ctrl is also 3rd person, so everytime i downshift it changes views. Is there a way to rebind or even disable vehicle 3rd person?

Singleplayer is really scary

So l've been playing gmod for some days and everthing was kinda ok on singleplayer because l feel like something is watching me at the dark places so l decided to spawn some mobs to feel more comfortable but that feeling still kept hanging on my head

Title says all. There is a cosmetic set for the Soldier on the TF2 workshop called the Top Fragger. It's modelled off of the Quake Ranger and looks really nice. Does anyone know if it's been ported over to GMod yet?
