    ok imagine that you are me. You're on the workshop looking at mods and you think "hey I should get some new NPCs." You go to the NPC section and BOOM nothing but a sea of badly drawn JPGs with screechy audio and no animations they just follow nodegraphs and kill you. I wouldn't mind these but there are too damn many of them they crowd the workshop like an infestation of cockroaches fed by stupid little kids and clickbait youtubers. they are even worse than anime and pony mods because at least those require some effort to make. can people please just stop flooding the workshop with nexbots and actually make something good.

    Hey everyone!

    I'm fairly inexperienced with gmod but have been playing a bit recently with a small group of my friends and we really have a lot of fun. We've played things murder, TTT, prophunt, and all the classics really (murder is our recurring favorite). We've also tried a few different maps and really enjoyed Elevator Source. We're looking for some suggestions from some more experienced players on what to try out next and also maybe some more up to date suggestions. I saw a few posts like mine and just wanted to see if there was anything new and popular that we were missing.

    So im writing a document basically talking about Gmod maps which give off liminal space/eerie vibes without being directly creepy.

    As long as the map does not try to intentionally be creepy then I will consider adding it as a section in the document.

    If you don't know what a liminal space is try to think of images like the backrooms image.

    (I have already added gm_construct and gm_bigcity)

    When I load into a server with a big map the game loads slightly but then I get a connection error. Is there a fix to this?

    This is a really big problem for me because a lot of my favorite servers and friends play with really big maps. A good comparison would be me trying to join a gm_bigcity game. Is there a way to fix this?
