| Searching for RPG mods for singleplayer/sandbox Posted: 20 Sep 2020 01:32 PM PDT Basically, the idea is to be able to have a "progression" system in sandbox. Since I mostly play solo, and in said gamemode, I'd like to have a way to have a bit of evolving during my playtime. | I wasted a year without Gmod on accident Posted: 20 Sep 2020 05:52 PM PDT I Play on Mac os, i know dont hate me. But its the only thing i could afford at the time, anyways mac introduced an update a while ago that disabled all 32 bit games on steam. That bummed me out as Gmod was one of those now banned games. I looked into how to get gmod working for a while on the internet but just kept getting redirected to Parrellel (Windows VM). Needless to say i spent 100$ on parrellel and toolbox so i could play gmod again. But to no avail as gmod crashed apon joining servers. So i gave up, a year goes by and i still have this mac wondering what it would be like to play on my favorite servers again, so as if to reminis i start going through Gmods settings just for fun. When i see the 64bit option...... I cant believe this didnt come up when i asked all around a year before hand! This isnt even new its just a chromium update from a while ago. Long story short i wasted a year not playing gmod because i didnt notice a drop down menu changing the game from 32bit to 64bit. If someone els is having the same issue i hope this helps as id hate for you to loose out on time played because of this as well. [link] [comments]  | ||
