Help on custom skins

I'm trying to give Grigori/Monk alternate skins for both the NPC and Playermodel versions. I managed to get it working for the NPC one, but I can't figure out how to do it for the playermodel. Is there someway to achieve what I'm wanting to do without having to make it it's own standalone playermodel?

Hi there, im was searching for a specific playermodel to add to gmod but i really dont know how. I have the 3d models and everything (thanks Models-Resource site) but i dont have any idea how to implemented as a playermodel and i wanted to ask for someone to do it for me. Can anyone help out? I miss old Zombie Survival

The newer version all the servers seem to run with is cluttered with so much donator/shop crap. All these mods that over complicate the mode just kill my enjoyment. Classic Zombie Survival would still be fun today.
