Need help planning my DarkRP economy.

I'm starting a new DarkRP server for the first time. I've finished essentially 95% of the work, and it's getting down to the point where I need to price everything from guns to wages to the price of a hit.

I"m trying to create a fairly balanced economy based on a risk=reward system, for example:
Anything Illegal should make you more money than any of the legal ways
More dangerous = more money
More time = more money

I've been trying to think of ways to make this mathematical, like making some sort of scoring formula based on an idea of money made per hour multiplied by risk.

Honestly if the answer is just guessing and adjusting as the server goes on that would work too, just looking for suggestions.

Wyozi's YouTube Radio Not Working

I am on MexicanBorderRP, and the YouTube radio does not work, with the whole 'browser not supported' message there. I was told soundcloud worked, because an earlier DJ claimed he was using it (and I believed it, because for me, it would play one song on youtube *on chromium*, then never again). I dont know how he did it. I tried copying a song link and pasting it into the URL box. Soundcloud is unsupportive. I wasn't on chromium when he did it.

Need help finding an ancient video

I remember from back when I was a kid, there was a video of a guy in Gmod 9 I think or maybe 10, of a guy torturing a G-Man ragdoll to get his briefcase. He was using a deep voice effect while G-Man had either a normal voice or a slightly high pitch one. As the video went on, G-Man went from normal, to the burnt corpse with arms, to the one with no arms. Eventually it ends with just the briefcase, and he opens it to reveal a smaller G-Man. If anyone can find this video, that would be fantastic, it is super nostalgic for me.

A few questions about game textures

I wanted to download some games to get the right textures for Gmod, but my computer only has limited space, so I can't go and install them all, so I have a few questions about which I should.

If I install Half-Life 2 will I get any textures, sweps, or NPCs that aren't in the base game? How about Episode 1? (I will probably install Episode 2 for the hunter model/npc)
If I install Left 4 Dead 2, will I be good with mods like Garry's Mall that require Left 4 Dead textures, or will I be missing models/textures/etc. without it?
Are Day of Defeat Source or Half-Life Source worth installing?
Are either of the half-life deathmatch games worth installing?
Is CS:GO worth installing, or should source be enough?

Sorry there are so many questions, but an answer to any would be very helpful, thanks!

lua not enough memory

I have been searching the internet for ages trying to find a fix for this, i tried using the 64 bit version, verifying cache, reinstalling gmod, tried no addons, putting gmod to low settings ect. I have 16 gb of ddr4 ram i am so confused and stumped. Any have a proper fix?

I've been trying to compile a small soundtrack for a server I'm administrating on... Something is wrong. Everytime I try to upload my addon into the workshop for use, it fails. I have a 512x512 .jpeg / .jpg image and I still can't upload it. I've tried different Workshop Upload addons and none are working. Help anyone?
