    Hi Everyone I recently bought a new computer and was a bit reluctant on downloading garrys mod on it because previously when I downloaded it on my old computer it slowed down the pc by a huge amount. I also download a lot of add ons. So my question was if I can download it on my new computer and will it slow it down. My laptop specs are Some 7th gen intel i3 processor Intel Graphics 5500 Samsung 860 evo ssd 8gb ram Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I recently got a new computer and downloaded gmod on it. When I logged in, the part of the spawn menu where you actually spawn stuff is shrunk to the side of the screen and I cant see the actual menu. I've installed and re-installed multiple times and looked through the settings but couldn't find anything. Help please.

    Can you get the L4D2 ragdolls into Gmod by just owning the game?

    When i downloaded TF2 i got the TF2 ragdolls in Gmod. But when i got L4D2 i didn't get the ragdolls. I thought it would work since both are games made by valve.

    I have been on steam for around 6 years now, and 5 years ago i was playing some gmod and really bonded with this other random guy, added him as a friend then didn't think much about it. fast forward to today and i have moved an hour away from where i used to live and am going to a completely different school, made some friends and still didnt think much of that guy, until i saw them add someone i knew personally, turns out one of the people that is at my new school was that person i met 5 years ago! from friends playing gmod to actual real life friends is kinda crazy to think about. if this is a bad place to post tell me where a better place would be please because i have no clue where else to do so.

    - 9 Bunks for Regiments
    - A Room for Bounty Hunters
    - A Room for Droids
    - An Office for the General
    - A Throne Room for the Emperor
    - A Room for Knights of Ren
    - A Briefing Area
    - A Cantine
    - An Armory
    - Bridge
    - Brig
    - 2 Rooms for tryouts/trainings
    - Buttons for Alarms, lights, hyperspace and the 6 DEFCON Levels
    - Engine Room (with interactive buttons)
    - Hyperspace Engine (if which if turned off ship can't go into hyperspace)
    - Sim room
    - Shooting Range
    - 2 Side Hangars
    - 1 Lower hangar
    - Controll Rooms for each hangar
    - Working turrets
    - Escape pods
    - A cadet training room that can only be opened from the outside
    - A Medbay

    We would prefer that the budget remains under €50 but we are willing to go up to €80 for the map. we want the map to be visually movie accurate.

    I'd like to start designing custom tf2 items and I've been told GMod is a good way to. I'm fairly new to GMod so I was hoping someone could tell me what tools I should work with to design custom models, since stacking boxes isn't really working out for me.

    F4 menu is DarkRP suddenly not working

    Was playing darkrp recently when my F4 menu just stopped working. No explanation, just nothing. I've tried verifying my game files, deleting addons, and even doing a full reinstall of the game, the problem still persists. Any idea what I could look into to fix this?
