Screens off center when loading Half-Life 2 maps

The holographic screens or screens are off center. There's no mods interfering, I disabled all mods to make sure there wasn't any. I have the latest version of Gmod. How do I get the screens to be oncenter.

Problem Regarding Local Disk C

So about a few months ago, my friends and I were playing GMod. It was all fine and dandy, until I decided to join one friend specifically. He forgot to turn off a few hundred mods, so when I joined, the game was forcing me to download these mods. And since he had an actual good PC, while I had a surface pro 4 with 128 GB, the mods sort of overloaded Local Disk C, and crashed the game. Not only that, but it also uninstalled it from Steam, and wouldn't allow me to install it. And since then, I've been stuck with at least 8 GB left on my laptop, trying to find a solution. I don't exactly know how much free space I had before, but I know for a fact it was way below that.

Is there anything I can do to still fix this?

Hi. I was wondering if there was a way to add new weapons for hunters to use in prop hunt. Basically just give them the crossbow & RPG to use.
