Can't see other people's PAC3s

This started a couple of weeks ago and I've been looking all over the internet for help without success. I'm unable to see anybody else's PAC3s on my server. All other players can see mine and each other's. When we play we use PAC3 a lot so this has been pretty problematic.

CW 2.0 Screen Shake/Sway

When using CW 2.0 weapons, my screen will sway side to side rapidly and will only stop if I press esc or go to console. Any fixes for this?

Joining Server Problems

hey, so whenever i try to join certain darkrp servers, it loads lua, and the game starts, but it still shows the loading screen

you can tell the game is there because you can hear people walking around, but it shows the loading screen still, how do i fix this?
