So my Brother and I love playing gmod and we both installed this addon. "SoundCloud player" it worked every time. But now after a 2 week vacation. The SoundCloud addon isn't working with my brother, it works perfectly fine with me. What's going on?

Editing a GMA file's swep

In CW 2.0 all of the rifles are in the 4th slot which is irritating me because they belong in the third, I've been trying to edit the files but not having very much luck doing so Notepad isn't helping nor is Notepad++

I also want to tweak with the damage so that combine soldiers wont get killed in three hits

Are there any programs I should get because I just downloaded VTFE for editing but that's not helping

Server won't start

So I followed a server creation tutorial:

Set up watchdog, set up the start.bat file, did the CMD app_update 4020 validate stuff, but when I run the launch command, the console just says srcds started and then that it can't execute the program, restarting, and it just does this forever. What's the problem here and how can I fix it?
