| Need staff for an upcoming Viking Fantasy RP server. Posted: 27 Jun 2019 01:48 AM PDT Howdy, me and a friend are setting up a RP Viking server. Its got a custom map made by myself and using nutacript with a custom gamemode made by a friend and eddited for our use. It has levels, skills etc I'm at the stage now where I'm editing the skills and basically putting down the solid frame of the game mode. So we need to start getting staff for when we do eventually open, aswell as needing staff currently to help with general ideas and skill ideas. We are UK based but happy to accept anyone, though speaking English is a must. Age 16+ and some level of maturity, I myself am 27 and the other co owner is 21. | Need help setting up a server. Posted: 27 Jun 2019 12:47 AM PDT Not sure if this is the right place to post, however I'm trying to setup a server for me and two friends to play on. PC SPECS: i5-4570 16GB RAM Server is running on an SSD. Broadband = 350/35 I have the server running, I have mods enabled (custom map and some npcs so far) that we want and it's joinable through the server manager on gmod. The issue I'm having is that whenever you start spawning things in on Sandbox, it starts lagging hard, quickly. The server looks like it's idling through task manager and never ramps up, so it looks like it's not using all of the resources available. I'm not sure what the problem is, can someone help? Do I need to provide more information? EDIT: Is a GPU necessary? It's currently running on the iGPU. [link] [comments]  | ||

| Posted: 26 Jun 2019 06:08 PM PDT I'm trying to make a TF2 scene and I need the cosmetic "the creatures grin" to go on the pyro. When using this cosmetic in TF2 the game removes the pyros normal head and replaces it with the cosmetic but when using it in gmod the normal head and the new one clip through one another. How can I make it so the normal head is gone so it can't clip through the new one? P.S. Using the inflator tool to shrink the head does not work it only shrinks them both. [link] [comments]  | ||
