    Does anyone know how I can use targetname from the IO system with Lua?

    (I'm doing this in Hammer because I want this to be built into the map.)

    What I'm trying to do:

    I have a func_door. When the func_door is opened it fires the OnOpen output in the I/O system. That output targets a lua_run entity (the RunPassedCode input), and passes along !caller—a reference to the func_door. I just want a reference to the func_door's Lua entity. I don't want every func_door. I don't want to iterate through all entities to find this specific func_door. I just want the !caller, and getting the Lua representation of the Source entity shouldn't be so hard to do.

    Does anyone have any insight into this weird problem?

    Spray unable to able to allocate memory

    Hi everyone I'm trying to import a spray and it comes up with "unable to allocate memory for conversion. Image file is possibly corrupt" i know it's not corrupt because it's my own work but the size is 81 mb

    Another thing is whenever i do get a image to work it's really small even if it's a 14k image.

    Hey, so me and the guys I play with had played as much TTT, Prop Hunt and Murder as we possibly can stand.

    Changeable text for sweps?

    So I'm trying to make/edit an id swep so it shows the player's name, rank, etc. The rank is a custom metastring for the player btw. Is there anyway to show this without having to make 5 billion textures/bodygroups? So, I would want it to basically check what rank the ply is at and it's name and give them the appropriate text on the id.
