    NPCs can't pass this retractable bridge, and if they die on it, they fall through it, how do I make them walk on it? Only a very few selection of custom SNPCs will walk on it, and I can't edit nodes for it, It just won't let me place them there.

    Hi, everyone. I'm looking for some new friends to play GMod with as my only friend who has it is having issues with his pc right now. I mostly like to play sandbox, prophunt, ttt, and murder, but I'm open to trying new things. I'm 14m, would prefer others around my age but older/younger is fine.     What are good alternatives to welding?

    Welding/Using the smart weld addon are really unreliable for moving parts around such as vehicles or anything that flies. The parts shift and can easily move and will then snap back to the weld. I tried multi-parenting but the objects parented had no collision with the world or props, standing on them made you teleport below them, and you couldn't move them with the physics gun. The end goal here is to attempt to build spaceships with Spacebuild 3, and another problem with multi-parenting is you cannot save them with Advanced Duplicator 2.
