What is there to do in gm_construct?

Now, before I start off, I am not a new player, I have been playing Garry's Mod for the better part of 7 years, but throughout these 7 years, I have never found enjoyment in playing on construct. So I ask you all, what is there to do in gm_construct. I don't want any suggestions about the "creepy part of construct". Just actual suggestions on what there is to do in construct.

I was in bigcity for 3 hours straight, I think I could see something in the corner of my eye and there were like sounds playing, it sounded like an echo in a hallway and then helicopter sounds. When I go to certain parts of the map I feel weird.

Anyone ever seen one of those old gmod animations and sometimes a rag doll would throw an item or shoot a gun and it is exaggerated and there arm like flairs around. How do you do it?
