Help balancing DarkRP Economy Posted: 06 Mar 2021 11:37 PM PST So, as a player with 5k hours on gmod i thought it was about time to make my own GMod DarkRP server as a lot of the server are well, shit or good but not my thing. I know what im doing for everything but money balancing. I am putting a poll in my discord for some starting cashes and i want some peoples opinions on this and more. What i hate in GMod servers is bad economies but at the same time I have absoloutely no clue how to balance one myself. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Mods i use The printers i use are Elegant Printers I have the zeros meth, yeast beast, firecrackers, trashman, pizza maker Other mods are PVault, Final LSD Mod, Cocaine factory ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- So majority of players in my discord is leaning towards 25k and i dont know what the delay should be for the printers or how much to give per print. For the zeros mods they have a fair amount of parts you have to buy to use together to make the money and i dont know how much to give for the selling and buying the parts. For the LSD mod And Cocaine mod they are pretty similar just less known. For the big thing I will have trouble with is the gun dealer, i want it to be a little bit to buy a gun, you can buy the lower tier guns when you spawn (pistols maybe a really bad smg) and then grind more and more for better higher tier weapons, if anyone help me with this stuff please add me on discord !DogBoi#0001 or reply to this post. I know how to do everything else with the server besides the economy, if you can logicaly balance these please once again contact me.
