Garry's Mod gromit mug

• so for whatever reason whenever I try to load into any map, i get stuck on "Loading world" and the screen glitches like in the screenshot. The map eventually loads but the screen never changes. could someone help me?

• Weird save I have never saved or subscribed to. I was checking my saves in gmod and I noticed that there was a weird save in my saves folder called My first memories. When I tried to load it, I got an error. Does anybody know what this save is?

I know this is heavily dependent on how many addons you have, but I have 581 and It's been unsubbing for the last 40 minutes straight.
