    ...and I just found out turning off Keep Corpses doesn't make corpses go away, just makes them no-clipped. I always had Keep Corpses on even though it lagged and ruined NPC wars because I wanted the corpses there.

    This actually changes the combat meta. Now when I blow a Metrocops face off with a Winchester and he goes flying back like a baseball he won't take five of his buddies out with him.

    It isn't gmod without the crusty gmod mics, but since the update they've made the voice chat clear and crisp. I need to find an addon that returns the voice chat to its former crusty glory.

    Gmod TTT server help

    Im looking to have my own TTT server, i created one on steam cmd and have it running on my local network. ive been adding player models to my shitty pointshop addon with gmad extractor and notepad++. i find it takes to long and i dont even wanna use the addon im using for pointshop, its very ugly. I want a TTT server just like serious TTT east and west/ a nice pointshop, fun rounds such as harpoon wars, weapon load outs, lottery, t & d purchasable rounds id like to have ranks that you can purchase. i want it to be just like serious ttt east and west or similar to the gfl TTT servers. how can i do this? where do i learn because youtube isnt enough, im willing to pay for a server if thats possible

    so I downloaded an addon called "Wowozela" . I watched some people on youtube use it, and it seemed kinda fun to use. ut when I try to use it on singleplayer mode, it crashes my game.

    Something is wrong

    So I do silly little splat renders, right? They're dumb but they make me happy.

    I logged onto my game, opened a map, and I started talking.

    "Your gmod will be closed in 10 seconds, no need to debug my script anymore."

    What's happening??? Was I hacked? I'm really scared.

    Reinstall gmod

    if uninstall gmod & delete its folder including addons. then if i reinstall it again will it also download all my subscribed addons?

    what if one of the addons does not exist anymore does steam still have its files and download it like this one https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=736973722 (this addon is called genji swep. i did found an alternative but the question is a what if scenario in the future when an addon became unavailable or something and i am still subscribed to it)?

    There shouldnt be any jupscares unless its a horror map. Its a sandbox game, world should be clean

    Water not working correctly for Hammer

    I saw a ton of tutorials say that you need every side except the top to be "no collide" and the top to be water. But all that happens is it looks like a black hole. It looks normal if I look up while in the water. Help???

    Will playing with a legit token on a modified client get me banned from Steam? Please don't just delete this. I didn't pirate the game. See this post for more details.

    So, when my girlfriend asked me to buy Garry's Mod from Steam, I was excited, but terrified. Steam has always given me trouble. I honestly hate the client.

    So what did I do? I bought the game, and used an unspecified application (for obvious reasons) to bypass Steam and play the game, while using Steam as an updater rather than a client. But this presented problems of its own.

    The app I'm using uses an invalid Steam token by default, so I couldn't exactly connect to any Steam verified servers. While I enjoy playing without Steam, I also want to, y'know, play with my girlfriend.

    I did some digging and the app I'm using allows me to use a valid Steam account for Steam token generation (like normal). But Valve is a fickle mistress, and I've heard bad things about their banning policies.

    From what I can tell, I walk a grey line. I own the game, but I'm bypassing their system. I don't know what they or their automated systems would think of that. If anyone knows anything, please do tell.

    To the admins of this subreddit, please hear me out. I don't support piracy. I am a strong believer in credit to the devs. Just as I feel I walk a grey line with Steam, I feel I walk a grey line here. I've read the rules. I noted rule number 5. I'm doing my best to not give out information on those things. But at this point, I don't know where else to turn. I'd love your input as well, seeing as you guys are probably veterans of Garry's Mod.

    To those that have any information, I urge you to note rule 5 yourselves. Let us say the admins decide to ban me from this subreddit, but you post info yourselves. I don't want to get anyone else in deep crap, so if you think it doesn't belong here, just PM me.

    Are there any Rocket League Vehicle addons in Gmod?

    I went on the workshop and was trying to find some iconic rocket league cars like Octane and Dominus but I failed to find any. I tried this for Simfphys and Scars but couldn't find any rocket league cars? Does anyone know if they even exist in the workshop, if yes please tell me the name of the addon because I would really love to have rocket league cars in gmod.
