    GMOD workshop content crashes steam

    So I accidentally offended a server owner and she crashed my GMOD and gave me a cool little bugged workshop thingy.

    Rotation problems

    Just recently got into Gmod and while playing around with some npcs i noticed i wasn't able to rotate left or right, only up and down. It wasn't doing that earlier so i tried resetting all my options to default and still nothing. Does anybody know what i can do to fix this?

    Prop timing limiter?

    I have been working on a gamemode where props can be destroyed to raid bases. However, players have gotten very fast at repairing destroyed props and counter raids where it's almost impossible to raid a base because its way to hard to do that much destruction in such little time and retrieve the game objective. So I was wondering if there would be any way to nerf how fast players can spawn props, I was thinking that either a player can spawn a prop once every 20 seconds or make it when a prop spawn in it has a timer until it's not ghosted and physical. Are there any mods or anything that I can do to nerf prop spawning?

    Need help finding a map.

    There was a map I played years ago that had endless waves of combine coming at you but was set in a medium sized suburb which was big enough for veichles. I know this is not very specific but I'm trying to find a map like it again. Thanks in advance.
