For this screenshot I used City 17 from Half Life as an inspiration, my main focus on this project was light effect. Hope you guys like it !
Mistakes were made
If I mount Counter Strike: Source into Garry's mod, will I get CSS weapons?
Execution
Screen flickering only happened when I open gmod. It was working fine yesterday and I have no clue how to fix it. Anyone help would be appreciated.
Why is my game blue?
Civil Protection presenting arrest numbers.

Because he littered I grabbed all trash around me and dumped it on him. (Got deleted off of r/halflife )

Just tried to run my ttt server tonight for the first time in a few months and annoyingly it didn't work as everyone who joined was a spectator, so the game never started. I tried going to settings and checking the spectator box option but that wasn't the problem. I added a few new mods since the last time it worked but i cannot remember what and it wasn't anything I'd think would cause this (just more items and maps). Tried setting up a new server folder and importing the mods and using a blank config file and the problem still happens.

Anyone know a way to fix this other than restarting from scratch? I had a good config set up :(

How are people accessing my DarkRP server's console

Recently I have had a problem of people accessing console without any permissions, we think they have accessed it through a backdoored addon ( this one https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=554915029&searchtext=the+flash) or they used the hack Methamphetamine Solutions to access it. Please can you check this addon and list other ways of accessing console without permission (e.g other backdoored addons and other hacks)
