Need help finding an old map

I'm not very Gmod knowledgeable, so forgive me if I am terrible at explaining... I remember playing on an old role-playing map and the name was something like "Zombie City" or something. It had no npc's, it was a dark, expansive and detailed map. Things I remember vividly were one of the buildings along the outside of the map had a club inside. There was a radio in one of the buildings that repeated "Station 7 do you read?". I know that's not alot to go on, I apologize. I've been searching for the map for what seems like forever and haven't gotten anywhere. If anyone can help, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Random fps drop

I get around 60 fps but out of no where my fps drops to 1 for a couple of seconds, then goes back up. I have vsync on and even if i turn it off it still happens.

This is really frustrating. Anyone know how to fix this? I've done gmodmcore test 1 but that doesn't do anything.

I've tried lowering my video setting, but of course, that doesn't stop the random fps drop.

Specs: GPU: nvidia GTX 950

CPU: i7-4790

8 gb ram

Where to download Deathrun game mode for peer-to-peer games

I'm looking for the Deathrun game mode but can't find it anywhere. All the suggestions point to a Github, but it has the folder I would use if I'm running a dedicated server. I'm just looking for the game mode so I can hit "Start A New Game" on the main menu and play with my friends like I do Murder or Prop Hunt.

Is there anywhere to download that?

Weird graphical error (flickering/see-through textures). No idea what caused this or how to fix it.

So a few months back, this randomly started happening. I've looked everywhere I can think of for a possible fix, but every post I find about any sort of graphics issue is about missing textures, not so much anything else, so I chose to ignore it for as long as I could, but after noticing that it's worse on certain maps, it's bugged me even more.

To further explain, my ingame models (props, ragdolls and parts of certain maps) now have a glitch where they'll have flickering lines on them, and in some cases I can see other map props/models/ragdolls through these lines, as if the models are now somewhat transparent. Even weirder, this glitch seems to mainly occur when I'm a certain distance away from said models. It'll also appear depending on the angle I'm viewing them from. It's also very noticeable when I grab something with the physics gun or use any tools that places a glow around a model (bodygroup tool for example).

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Garry's Mod, which didn't solve the issue. I've even booted GMod up on my other computer, with every addon I have downloaded on this one, to see if it may have been caused by a broken Workshop item, and sure enough it ran perfectly fine on the other one, so I highly doubt it's a faulty addon causing it. I've also checked the status of my GPU so see if it could possibly be my graphics driver dying, but it says everything is running properly.
