Hosting a server

So I want to host a private server for me and my friends, and it's been a while since I've created one.

Is it better to run it off of a second computer, or does it really matter? I have a fairly nice desktop so I'm not sure how much the server uses in the background, and if I'd be better off hosting off something else than what I'm also playing on

Having difficulty attaching clothing to an Inkling playermodel? (PAC3)

I'm trying to figure out how to attach clothes from the Splatoon 2 Clothing Pack to a normal Inkling playermodel using PAC3, but I'm just completely lost. Nothing I'm doing seems to work. I've figured out how to apply ragdolls over my character's skeleton using Bone Merge, but trying to do the same thing with a shirt from the Clothing Pack causes it to sit over my playermodel in a T-Pose. Worth pointing out is that this is my first time using PAC3.

I can provide further detail if anyone would be willing to help, but since I don't know if anyone will even respond I'm not going to go into a full write-up of what I've tried/found, to avoid wasting time.

If anyone who knows their way around PAC3 could respond, I would seriously seriously seriously appreciate some help. I couldn't find any relevant resources online, so some real human assistance might be just what I need to get this working.
