Why is this stuttering occurring? I have 150+ fps so it's not a frames thing and I have a GTX 1060 so I don't have an old card. What could the issue be? It only seems to be only bad on multiplayer servers. Here is what I'm talking about.

GMOD pictonary, I need some topic suggestions

I have a small group of freinds that play gmod pictionary on a regular basis (which you can join if you want to, dm me) and ive slowly ran out of topic ideas, we could start to redo some topics but alot of the topics have only a few different things to make, and with only 45mins making mulan again will probably just be another wall of props and a bunch of posed ragdolls, I need new much more vibrant pictonary topics that work for gmod sandbox (comment below any topic ideas you might have)

I have seen numerous guides and nothing helped, any help would be greatly appreciated! I want to join a server that I have spent money on and have had no problems with it in the past.
